Welcome to MOSSORY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Who we are
MOSSORY offers natural gemstone jewelry with original designs, crafted with care and inspired by nature. For questions about these Terms or your order, contact us at Abbie@mossory.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
3. Products & natural materials
We take care to describe our pieces accurately. Because we work with natural gemstones, lacquer, metals, and handmade finishes:
- Color, texture, inclusions, and size may vary slightly from photos
- Each piece may be one of a kind or small-batch
- Measurements (length, weight, bead size) are approximate
These natural variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.
We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
If a price or product detail is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already charged.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. You will receive an order confirmation by email; confirmation does not guarantee that every item will ship if an issue arises after checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provide.
6. Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and any free-shipping promotions are as shown on the Site at the time of checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, and customs.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where required otherwise by applicable consumer law. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at Abbie@mossory.com
with your order number.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
7. Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to the return policy stated on the Site at the time of your purchase (including any details shown on product pages or at checkout). That policy may change over time; the version applicable to your order is the one in effect when you ordered.
Unless the Site states otherwise for a specific item, returned pieces should generally be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with proof of purchase. Personalized, custom, or final-sale items may not be returnable unless defective or required by law.

with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or as otherwise stated in our current policy.
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or our current policy says otherwise.
8. Warranty
Warranty coverage for manufacturing defects—if offered—is described on the Site (including product pages and service information) and may be updated from time to time. The coverage applicable to your piece is the warranty stated when you purchased it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage typically does not include damage from accidents, misuse, improper care (including exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or rough handling), normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

with your order details and photos of the issue. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, as permitted by law and our then-current warranty terms.
9. Care of jewelry
To help your piece last, keep it away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals; store it in the pouch provided; and polish gently with a soft cloth. Failure to follow reasonable care guidance may void warranty coverage for resulting damage.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including designs, product photos, text, logos, graphics, and brand marks—is owned by MOSSORY or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit Site content or our designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. Accounts & communications
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to orders may still be sent as needed.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, scraping content without permission, submitting false information, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
13. Third-party services
The Site may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, or email. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.
14. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions and imagery are for informational purposes and may contain occasional inaccuracies that we will correct when identified.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOSSORY and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOSSORY from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice on the Site or by email.
18. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific policies shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and MOSSORY regarding the Site and your purchases.
Your use of the Site and purchases are also subject to our Privacy Policy.
